From the airport take interstate 10 east towards New Orleans. As you enter the city you will take a curve towards the left at the superdome on the elevated expressway; continue pass the Vieux Carre exit. Next take  the Esplanade exit and turn to the right on Esplanade Avenue.  Continue on  Esplanade Avenue to the French Quarter and to the river.   Turn left on Elysian Fields and continue down  Elysian Fields past Washington Square and turn left on Burgundy Street.  Continue one and a half blocks.

From the gulf coast on interstate 10 heading west. Cross Lake Pontchartrain and continue on 10 towards New Orleans. Just past the Baton Rouge exit to the right continue straight on 10 and  take the Elysian Fields Avenue exit to the right.  On the exit shift to the left lane and take a left on to Elysian Fields at the light. Then continue towards the river on Elysian Fields.  On the corner of Elysian Fields and St. Claude Avenue there is a Walgreen's on the right corner and an Eckerd's Drugs on the left corner. Pass the Saint Claude Avenue intersection then take your second right onto Burgundy Street and continue one and a half blocks to Sun Oak on your left.
